Relaxation Now is the relaxation therapy program of Louise Goldberg, an educator, licensed massage therapist and certified Yoga instructor practicing for over two decades in South Florida. Creative Relaxation® is the program she has developed for teaching Yoga-based techniques to children.

Our workshops include stress management, communication and relaxation techniques for corporations, hospitals, family centers, community organizations and schools.

Yoga Therapy
All the workshops of Relaxation Now vary based upon interest and audience. All programs consist of lecture supplemented by appropriate hands-on, practical exercise.
