Creative Relaxation: Group and Private Sessions
Creative Relaxation SM draws from the ancient teachings of yoga, which include breathing, exercise, balance, philosophy, relaxation and meditation techniques. This system honors the individuality of every student.
In private session, the student is taught a simple home practice --adapted to his or her needs, preferences, strengths and challenges. Students learn alternatives to classic yoga postures so that participating in group classes is safer and more rewarding.
Group workshops addressing a variety of challenges are also offered.

Creative Relaxation SM is the yoga-based therapy developed by Louise Goldberg, MA, Registered Yoga Teacher (e500), Licensed Massage Therapist, and Educator. Louise has been a yoga teacher for 28 years. She has been a consultant on yoga-based programs in the Broward public school system since 1983, particularly with ESE and ASD.
