  • Keep your hands and feet to yourself
  • Listen and follow directions
  • Think about how you are breathing

    Inhalation:

  • Breathe in quietly through the nose
  • Feel the belly inflate like a balloon getting filled with air

    Exhalation:
  • Breathe out quietly through the nose
  • Feel the belly deflate like a balloon letting the air out
