For Schools, Centers, Camps, Programs

As a consultant, Louise will come to your school or facility and implement a yoga-based relaxation program. She is available to train your staff, work directly with children and parents, and provide you with all the materials necessary for continuing the program.

Creative Relaxation® may be used with any child, but emphasis is on special needs. The training is based on the principles of Creative Relaxation®, which include

  • Make a sacred space
  • Engage the student
  • Provide tools for success
  • Create opportunities for independence

Workshops
Our workshops include stress management, communication and relaxation techniques for corporations, hospitals, family centers, community organizations and schools.

All the workshops of Relaxation Now vary based upon interest and audience. All programs consist of lecture supplemented by appropriate hands-on, practical exercise. Possible topics include:
