About Us 
Relaxation Now is the relaxation therapy program of Louise Goldberg, an educator, licensed massage therapist and certified Yoga instructor practicing for over two decades in South Florida. Creative Relaxation sm is the program she has developed for teaching Yoga-based techniques to children. Ms. Goldberg works as a consultant, leading trainings in yoga-based exercises, breathing techniques, and relaxation strategies. She also works with individuals in need of therapeutic massage, leads stress reduction workshops and training programs for companies and schools.

Her therapy combines 27 years of yoga practice and 23 years experience as a Licensed Massage Therapist. Louise has been through 4 levels of training in cranial sacral therapy at the Upledger Institute. She develops individualized practices for her clients with Yoga, meditation and hypnosis.
She is a licensed hypnotherapist snf teaches meditation practices.
Ms. Goldberg spent six years creating and instructing stress reduction classes at Holy Cross Hospital and has lectured extensively on a variety of health topics throughout South Florida.
She has over 20 years experience as a consultant to the Broward County School System, working with both students and teachers in relaxation techiniques. She has conducted in-service training for faculty and has been part of the therapeutic team at Broward County Center for Severely Emotionally Disturned Children, grade k-12. Most recently Ms. Goldberg worked with a group to develop a pilot relaxation program for children with autism at a local elementary school. She has brought that program to other sites and teaches in-service training to implement the techniqies.
She holds a Bachelor's Degree in English from the University of Massachusetts and a Master of Arts Degree in Education from the University of Connecticut. She is licensed as a massage therapist and hypno-therapist. She is a registered yoga teacher (E-500). She has studied cranial sacral therapy at the Upledger Institute. She is a certified Infant Massage instructor and has taught English at the middle school, high school and college level. She is currently the massage advisory board chair at Atlantic Vocational Center.
